Day 133 – Self Kindness in the Morning

I recorded the third session in my Everyday Self Kindness Series with You Are Mind Body Spirit today and am having so much fun, even more than I expected, teaching via audio sound clips.

The topic today – Self Kindness in the Morning – is one near and dear to my heart.  I love starting my day with ritual and have tried many different practices over the years.  In my latest meditation, I share with you three of my favorites:  sipping lemon water, writing morning pages and a breathing meditation.
